After selling the successsul company, Bonita devoted herself to helping other small business owners start, launch, and grow profitable and thriving businesses.  As business adviser, and then Director of the Illinois Small Business Development Center at Harper College in Palatine, IL, she provided business advising and entrepreneurial training to over 5,000 individuals, and delivered over over 300 speeches to entrepreneurs.
